The main different between an anesthesiologist assistant and a CRNA is that to become a CRNA, you must first complete a nursing degree while for an anesthesiologist assistant, you don’t need to complete any nursing or other health care degree. To get into these programs, for the most part you will need a bachelor degree which is equivalent to 60 university-level credits.
